The real estate expert thought this room was too old-fashioned and cutesy-country. She likes the high ceiling, but the skylight has her concerned because it appears to have leaks. A potential buyer might see it and think about the time and expense it will take to fix it.

The bathroom's (not shown) color palette is composed of various shades of dingy white. The problem with so many different shades of white is if one is less white than another, it makes them all look drab. Also, the dated mirror, light fixture and hardware are not helping matters.
