Too Cramped for Two

This room is the first thing buyers will see when they walk in the door. First impressions are very important and this drab-green wall color is only going to appeal to a small percentage of buyers. The furniture layout does not do the home’s open floor plan justice. The seating area is all jumbled into the one area and it blocks off the entryway and the fireplace.

In the dining room (not shown), the continuing green walls, dull blinds and old light fixture are not very appetizing. The dining set is nice, but it is rather large, so it makes the space feel small.
