Now it's been rearranged and cleaned up to better utilize the space. In the living area, the only new piece is an inexpensive coffee table and a few throw pillows, which really give it an element of style. The new dining area boasts a rich, dark table that matches the coffee table and the new barstools (at right). Establishing a dining space will add enormous value to this house.
