After earning a degree from the University of Montevallo in Birmingham, Ala., and attending the London College of Art in the U.K., Sam Joseph returned to Birmingham as the visual director for a well-known chain of department stores. The job eventually led Sam back to London to design window displays for retailers such as Austin Reed and Harvey Nichols. Later he served as the creative director for Macy’s in New York City’s Herald Square. After designing more than 400 window displays during his career, Sam said he felt “creatively bankrupt” and turned to real estate sales on a whim. Sam’s career as a creative visionary aided his tremendous success in his new profession as a real estate agent. With panache and a knack for dazzling high-end clientele, Sam has sold more than $15 million in residential property in less than three years.
