As a young child, Simon Westfall-Kwong immigrated to New Jersey from Hong Kong. Growing up in a small town in Bergen County, N.J., Simon then moved to New York City at age 17. In 1992 Simon completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts from FIT specializing in fashion and fabrics and then later completed a graduate program at NYU in costume and textile studies. He quickly advanced his career to become the vice-president of merchandising and design, then managing director of global sourcing, merchandising and sales for an import/export fashion company—traveling throughout Europe and Asia to negotiate multimillion-dollar projects.

Prior to becoming a Realtor, Simon bought, upgraded and sold many properties, relying on his design experience to help others find the right home.

Simon enjoys spending time with his partner, two young daughters, friends and family. He is active with several charities including Lambda Legal, Family Equality Council, the Lydia Johnson Dance Studio and local historic preservation groups.
