Growing Family Needs More Room

The old dining room layout felt crowded and had the same bland look as the kitchen. Now the room feels open and airy, and has a splash of much-needed color. By bringing in an oval table and removing some furniture pieces, there is room for buyers to move about. Colorful curtains on the lower half of the window provide style and privacy, but still let in plenty of natural light.

Before, the wall of mirrors made the living room (not shown) disorienting and outdated. Now, a rich, wine-colored accent wall is the perfect complement to the new sofa and jewel-toned pillows. New window treatments highlight the outdoor view and bring more sophisticated style into the room.
