Tammy and Steve Haim need more room for their growing family (three kids and two dogs). Steve's childhood home with four beds and three baths just isn't big enough anymore. They recruit the Designed to Sell team of experts to help them make the quickest sale possible.
The first team member on the scene is real estate expert Donna Freeman, who is charged with providing a very candid, thorough assessment of how sellable the house is.
She is pleased with what she sees on the outside, but that quickly changes once she enters the home. She says the living room is bland, the den/dining room is not easily identified, and the kitchen/dining area has great possibilities but is awkwardly spaced.
