This now family-friendly entertainment area cost less than $100 to stage because removing the clutter was the main problem. Host and staging expert Sabrina Soto helped the homeowners go through all of their belongings, piece by piece to decide what stays or goes. The old furniture has been cleared off and simply rearranged to create a better flow. A fresh coat of paint and a new piece of art highlight the fireplace, while sheer curtains are in place of the broken '70s blinds. The dining table (forefront) in the adjoining dining room can be used for eating again.
