Newlyweds Sharon and Ed Eberts are having trouble selling their condominium. It's been on the market for three months, and they haven't received a single offer.

Now they are facing a time crunch because they have already purchased a new house and are approaching double-mortgage trouble. The Designed to Sell team of experts certainly has their work cut out for them.

Real estate expert Donna Freeman starts her assessment with the exterior. She says the front door mat and curtains look very old and tired. Since condos look exactly alike there needs to be something that stands out and makes a buyer want to come inside. The interior is more of the same — so much so that Freeman feels as if she is in a time warp.
