Condo Turnaround

When the Designed to Sell team started out, this room looked like a typical cookie-cutter condo, and the fireplace was barely noticeable. A lot of color helped turn a generic space into a warm and cozy home. Tan wall paint better highlights the built-in bookshelf and gives the room a new large focal point. A faux-finish technique of blending paint adds depth and texture to the fireplace brick. Elegant new window treatments and a custom-made cornice box bring in a lot of high-end style to highlight the outdoor sitting area.
