Cashing In a Corner Lot

The clutter is gone from the porch, and the AC unit is cleverly concealed under a custom-made cover. On the side of the house (not shown), the wall around the door is painted gray to match the rest of the house. This way it blends in and no one mistakes it again for the front door. The house numbers are also removed from above the side door. Leyland cypress trees planted along the edge of the property shield the side door and help make the new patio area very private.
