Another Baby, Another Room

What was once a dark kitchen filled with a dizzy mix of patterns and clutter is now a bright, calm space. The walls and ceiling are toned down with a bright, but neutral color. New floor tile in a more neutral pattern also helps make the space seem bigger. The cabinets are painted and modernized with new hardware. The exterior window that sat between the kitchen and sunroom is removed, and the recess is converted into a handy spice rack.
