Another Baby, Another Room

The real estate expert wasn't sure if this was a porch or an inside room. At one time it must have been a porch or patio because there is an exterior window between this room and the kitchen. But now, it serves no purpose and just looks rather odd. The patio-style furniture and wind chimes also give the space a porch-like feel.
