An Aging Condo Gets a Facelift

Before, this bathroom was a fairytale nightmare, now it is a dream-come-true. The pink tile is removed and the walls are painted a neutral and sophisticated color. New lighting casts a warm glow over the space. Modern amenities, like a new sink, vanity and toilet are sure to impress homebuyers.

The spare bedroom (not shown) used to be a work-in-progress that didn’t progress too far. Now it is a cozy bedroom that will invite homebuyers to stick around. Not a lot of money was spent to get the room in shape. The clutter was packed up and put away. Extra furniture from the homeowner’s master bedroom was moved in and redressed with new wall art and accessories.
