This once-colorless living room used to feature a dirty fireplace and a lot of mismatched furniture. Now, blue walls help the coordinating furniture stand out. The room’s focus is now on the beautiful fireplace. By cleaning off the soot, adding white trim, and creating custom-built shelves, a buyer’s eye will be immediately drawn to the cozy hearth.

Before, the dining room (not shown), was filled with garden furniture and its best features were barely visible. Now, a new dining set and light fixture make the room a sophisticated place to entertainment. A tone-on-tone wall treatment with textured wallpaper below the chair rail gives the room a seamless and elegant look.
