David and Tamara Goldie bought their house in San Jose California a few years back as a fixer upper. Now that they're family has multiplied, they need more room to accommodate their growing children. Not only do their family need the room, the things that they've procured over the years are preventing them from making their house look presentable to homebuyers. Stager/Designer Cora Sue Anthony help the Goldie family in decluttering their house and making sure that they part with the things that no longer have any use to them. It proved a little difficult especially for Tamara to let things go. But in the end, they were able to clear the house and get it ready for staging. Cora Sue and her team took the challenge head on and managed to create a better staged home for homebuyers. Meanwhile, Real Estate Expert Richard Kuhr show two comparable houses to the Goldies.
