Space for a Crowd

Social butterflies Kate and Cole have been renting a house for too long. They're ready to get out of the cramped space and purchase their first home. They want a house with an open floor plan so they can socialize and entertain their friends, as well as have space for their 2 dogs. Property Brothers Drew and Jonathan show them fixer-uppers they know will meet their needs, but Kate and Cole are skeptical of the work and costs required to transform it into their dream home. With a difficult demolition, schedule delays and extra costs, will the Property Brothers be able to get the renovation done in time and within the budget?
