Holiday Cocktail: Prince Street Cider Recipe
This cold cider cocktail will warm you from the inside out.
Sprinkle a little cinnamon on—and in!—the Prince Street Cider, which pairs apple cider with rum.
Prince Street Cider

- 1.5 ounces Montecristo rum
- 1 ounce apple cider
- .5 ounce Domaine Canton
- .25 ounces simple syrup
- 2 dashes cinnamon (1 in drink, 1 as garnish)
- 1 piece crushed lemon
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with lemon and 1 dash of cinnamon.
