Nothing that enters this apartment ever leaves.Pam and Kai Madsen have lived in the same, one-bedroom apartment for 22 years, which they share with their two sons, 15-year-old Tyler, and 11-year-old Spencer. This close-knit family's living space is bursting at the seams because no one seems to be able to throw anything away. For example, Kai keeps a 20-year-old piece of telegraph equipment that needs restoring, while Pam hangs onto things like a saddle she hasn't used in 20 years.
