The couch and side shelves are part of the unit. The back cushions of the couch come off, and the bed folds down right on top of the couch. The adjustable shelves on each side of the unit provide the homeowners with plenty of space to display collectibles and store all their record albums. The homeowners' autographed basketballs are placed in large plastic cubes, which are stacked together to create a unique coffee table.

Tip: Vinyl albums should always be stored upright on their side. The center of the record is a lot heavier than the outside, so they can warp if kept lying flat.
