Avid readers Kimberly and Kennon Jenkins moved into their new home last year and made plans for one large room to be utilized as a study.

Since then that room has become a storage area for massive amounts of toys, files, photos and books. Professional organizer Kendra Muscella intends to change that. She is determined to turn the room into a functional and beautiful space.

Muscella plans to start her transformation on the floor, which is covered with heaps of newspapers, books and magazines. Everything must be sorted into piles to keep, donate or recycle. Once that's done she wants to replace their furniture with new, multipurpose pieces. Fresh paint and drapes will create a relaxing, cozy feel for the whole family to enjoy.

The Jenkins family now has a beautiful and organized new room, thanks to organizer Kendra Muscella. She used elegant customized shelving and clever storage solutions to make it much easier to get down to business in this room.
