Leslie and Tim Chips are newlyweds who live in a tiny Philadelphia condominium. They love living in a fast-paced urban environment, but the lack of space has become an overwhelming challenge. They need a space that meets the demands of a busy young couple — dining, storage, entertaining friends and spending time together.

The L-shaped space includes a living room, foyer and kitchen. The Chips had visions of dinners for two and entertaining friends in their first home together, but things just aren't working out that way thus far. Enter organizing expert Liz Witts, who signs on to make this home a condo built for two.
