Herbal Room Spray
2 to 4 drops bergamot essential oil
2 to 4 drops sandalwood essential oil
2 to 4 drops lavender essential oil
1.Fill a spray bottle with distilled water and add the essential oils.
2.Use the spray in the air and on bed linens, carpet and towels.
Herbal Sleep Pillow
2 parts dried rose petals
1 part dried jasmine
2 parts dried hops
1 part dried chamomile
4 parts dried lavender
1.Add the botanicals to a small bag, pinching them to release their oils as you handle them.
2.Tuck the sachet in your pillow at home, or use in hotel pillows when you travel.
Note: Botanicals are available at most health-food stores.
Herbal Bath Bag
handful of dried chamomile
handful of dried hops
handful of dried jasmine
handful of dried lavender
1.Put a handful of each herb in the center of a washcloth or hand towel. Gather the corners into a bundle and tie with a long piece of twine.
2.To use, either tie to the faucet so the water runs through it as the tub fills or place it in the tub water.
