Nick and Stasi's Victorian home is more than 100 years old, but their two young daughters are forcing a change to the home before they even turn 10! The family needs another bedroom and bathroom, and to maintain the period look of the home, the homeowners decide to build up into the attic. They select tile, trim and other finishes that incorporate Victorian style with a modern touch, but before long, the project gets bigger — and so does the budget.
