Sunroom Remodel

The existing space was worn and didn't suit the current owners needs. The hot tub was unnecessary for them, and the lack of ventilation made the room unbearably hot in the summer months. By removing the hot tub, there is now plenty of room to rest and enjoy the view. The double-sided fireplace has been refinished, and new windows that open have been installed to allow in a breeze during the warmer seasons. A patterned tile floor and cedar ceiling further enhance the room's appearance.
