Guest Bedroom to Dining Room Conversion

This guest bedroom was closed off from the rest of the first floor and needed several improvements. Plus, it was located right next to the kitchen. Ralph and Kathy wanted to open up the space and improve the home's overall flow, so the guest room became an attractive dining room with hardwood floors and an additional window. A stained glass transom that Ralph made himself was positioned over the dining room entrance. Ralph has had quite of bit of remodeling experience and did a lot of the work on the room himself.
