Great Room Remodel

This dining room was separated from the kitchen by a laundry facility and a full bathroom. Owners Jacob and Andrea enjoy entertaining, so they wanted an open room where everyone could gather. The new great room opens the home up, vastly improving the flow of the first floor. A large bank of windows on the rear wall brightens the room up, and a small addition allowed them to relocate the bathroom as well as provide a corridor into the home from the garage.
