A fourteen-year-old daughter has outgrown her room, and her parents Pat and Michelle Chertude accommodate the change by expanding their house over the top of the garage. Replacing a small attic space, the contractor adds two new bedrooms for the kids, a TV lounge and a storage room. In the process, the family goes without a roof during the peak of the rainy season, and the walls of this home hold a few surprises.
