Tri-Level Transformation

Mark and Sarah Schweitzer plan to take their '60s era tri-level home in Chicago and turn it into a an elegant, family-friendly home that's nearly double its original size. They plan to make additions such as an exercise room, a master suite, a new kitchen and a basement room for their teenagers to hang out in. They certainly hope that they can complete the project in six months since the entire family, including two dogs, will be living in the basement during the renovation.
