A River Paradise

Lauren and Stuart inherited Lauren's grandmother's estate on the banks of the St. Mary's River in Maryland. They plan to transform the 1,800 square foot home into a 3,400 square foot coastal paradise by adding a luxurious master suite, two bedrooms for future kids, a new kitchen and a back patio complete with incredible views and a gazebo. Right from the start, however, they feel the renovation stress when their bank loan is delayed and a visit from the health department might break their budget.
