Colorado Cottage Renovation

David and Cindi Edwards bought an 800 square-foot cottage in Boulder, Colorado and decided to more than triple its original footprint to have more more space for entertaining friends and family. With high-end taste, they decide to add an oak ceiling and an entire second floor addition for a master suite and library. Their hopeful budget and timeline is already stretched, when a family emergency requires that Cindi take over the entire project.
