John and Alison Kunkel are transforming a 1930's waterfront home with amazing views of downtown Miami. They realized that their home was too small for their growing family, so they bought the house next door. Now John, a restaurant owner and general contractor for this million dollar remodel, is expanding that home to 5,700 square feet and planning to add a luxurious master suite, a restaurant grade kitchen and a new swimming pool and dock.
