Growing up in Los Angeles, Marcus Bailey was greatly influenced by his father, who was a mechanic, machinist and contractor. Marcus, whose grandfather and uncles also were contractors and craftsmen, recalls that any small home improvement project for his mom would turn into a full-scale remodel. He believes that his passion for construction stems from these experiences and inspires him to pursue it as a career.
