California Skate Park, Texas Ceiling, Chicago Condo, Denver Fireplace, Michigan Bathroom

The Horan Family transformed their backyard into the ultimate skate park. Di and Roy Galvan created a mosaic glass tile ceiling treatment that pays homage to their Latino heritage. Cary Zartman reinvented his condo with a mirrored grid for his mantle, a custom headboard and sofa tables reinvented as dining benches. Liza and John Fitzgerald incorporated elements of sacred architecture into their remodel, including a mantel with inlaid numbers. David Sabbagh designed and built all the components when remodeling the bathroom in his 1940s bungalow, including the sink, counters, mirror and door.
