Southwestern Sanctuary

After reviewing the three design plans, the homeowners chose Catherine Clemens. She incorporates a walkway made of washed aggregate to compliment the existing concrete porch. Groups of river rock define the pathway as it flows into a courtyard that features a built-in stone bench, or bunko, and various ornamental plants. The stucco wall surrounding the yard is low enough to take in the breathtaking views, but tall enough to hide the old parking area.
