Host Paul Ghiringhelli joins homeowners Paul and Juilette, whose backyard is uninviting and slightly neglected. By adding a beautiful water feature, dry creek bed and fire pit, landscape designer Ben Nesseth turns this backyard into a family friendly and functional space.

After living in their home for two years, Paul and Juilette feel the backyard has lost its appeal. When they first moved in, the space was full of new sod. However, the shade has killed all the grass and makes it hard to grow any flowers.
