Parsons-Andreason vs. Cobb

It's a landlord/tenant dispute. Homeowners Nick Parsons and his fiance Jen Andreason rent the front half of their duplex to good friend, British-born Angela Cobb. Inspired by their trip to the Mediterranean, Nick and Jen want to create a Greek-Island retreat in their backyard. In the front yard tenant Cobb wants privacy from the street and colorful containers on her deck. Helping both parties with their designs is landscape designer Dia Collins. While pitted against each other, the two teams face tough projects and hard-to-read instructions, and they learn the art of bartering.
