White Sagebrush

This plant of many names - white sagebrush, Louisiana sagewort, silver wormwood, western mugwort - is grown predominantly for its downy silver leaves, which look great in a mixed border or a white and silver garden plan. Brownish-yellow flowerheads emerge from midsummer to fall. Plant white sagebrush in well-drained soil where it will receive full sun and watch it grow to 30 inches tall and 24 inches wide.
