Hide CaptionShow CaptionNatural elements combine to make this outdoor room a sophisticated space.
The star of this outdoor dining space is the Italian "Pietra Dura" table. Pietra Dura is the Italian technique of inlaying furniture with semi-precious stones to create images or patterns. Designed by Marie Peterson, the outdoor room has a Mediterranean color scheme that includes a mixture of natural elements–terracotta, stone, wood and metal. The large columns and urns balance the enormous space and add organic texture and earthly colors.

The Double Take team — makeover designer Michele Addey, budget shopper Halili Knox, and carpenter Jamie Schmitt — create a mirror image of this gorgeous Mediterranean outdoor dining space for less than $3,000.

Please contact designer Marie Peterson for Inspiration Room resources.
