Lynn and Brett Shugrue live in a brick duplex that really does not stand out from the rest of the homes in the neighborhood. So they are looking to transform their simple and dull home by using modern elements and some contemporary style.
With the help of designer Christopher Ralston and landscape architect Susie Ensign, the Shugrues were able to freshen up their boring duplex and set it apart from the rest of the homes on the block. Highlights include a flagstone path in the yard, wooden shutters and new front door.
