The new cedar stairs and landing aren't much larger than the old ones, but the airy, open design gives the impression of abundant space. Deeper steps and warm-toned wood create an easygoing entryway that better fits the couple's style. Instead of traditional wooden rails, Matt used nearly invisible cables to tie the new structure in with the modern look of the patio and concrete paver path.
