BeforeNayssan Parandeh and Dustin Finer were immediately drawn to their traditional-style, mid-20th-century home, with its pool and magnificent views. Together, they created a playful interior with a modern twist, but they haven't had the same success with their outdated backyard. Nayssan and Dustin hope to transform their unruly yard into a stylish entertainment area that will enhance their fantastic views.
Susan Ciufo wants to create a luminous stone patio with a bubbling fountain, framed by a graceful arched steel arbor. In Shea's modern concept, flagstone is featured in a patio beneath the shade tree, in an adjacent grilling station and around the pool. Phillip's relaxing garden provides wonderful viewing areas, including a new in-ground spa and a gravel seating area bordered by colorful carpet roses.
