Up to the challenge are the landscape design team, Terry Morrill and Ken Bilheimer; landscape designer Darrell Tsutsui; and landscape designer Jeffrey Smith. Each designer has met with the homeowners and then conceived a plan. Jeffery Smith looked to Colonial Spain for his inspiration and proposes two patios, one more formal than the other. Morrill and Bilheimer envision an "enchanted garden" with two separate and distinct outdoor rooms. Darrell Tsutsui uses both hard and softscaping to lead the eye from one area of the garden to the other.
