Each designer has had one introductory meeting with the couple to find out more about the project and their style and their goals. Landscape designer Beth White presents a plan that brings an Old World-Mediterranean feel to the yard. Landscape designer Anne Phillips proposes an updated patio area with Spanish touches and low-maintenance plants. Finally, landscape designer Tricia Worman envisions a yard filled with Spanish, decorative elements.
After a week of reviewing the plans, Ossie and Sherilynne choose Tricia's design. Under her command, the backyard goes from a dusty and uninviting space that didn't work for the couple's children to one that is safe and welcoming. No longer confined to the family room, the DiPaolo family can now enjoy every inch of their backyard.
