The Caplan home was a wreck — literally. A while back, a car drove into their home and destroyed the landscaping, part of the sun porch and took out one of the porch columns. Tired of the lopsided look of a one-columned portico, the homeowners decided it was time to fix their damaged Colonial.

Highlights include a circular flagstone walkway, a freshened sun porch and gorgeous landscaping.

  • Extended portico with a railing
  • Front door painted red
  • New asphalt shingles on roof
  • Add gray composite siding
  • New landscaping
  • New furniture for sun porch
  • Flagstone walkway and steps
  • New driveway
  • New fixtures for entrance
  • Interior shutters
  • New fence
