Cape Cod Backyard

It's payback time for Kari Bowsher. Her generosity and hospitality to her neighbors Nicole and Troy Block have earned her a Cape Cod-style makeover by host Susie Coelho, landscape designer Matt Preuss and the Outer Spaces crew. Bowsher's dream yard is a space to entertain guests along with an area for her son to play. Coelho and Preuss are up to the challenge of integrating East Coast charm into this condo backyard limited to restrictions set by the homeowners' association.

Before: There isn't much to do in this completely bare yard so homeowners Chris and Kari Bowsher don't use it very often. They would like to have a place for their young son to play, as well as an area to entertain friends.
