After looking over the design plans, the Ohs decide to use the expertise of Barbara Scott. Scott's design leans towards a tranquil Asian ambience. She transforms the garage by removing the ivy and installing a trellis system where she plants lemon trees and an apple tree. Flagstone stepping stones gracefully lead into the yard and provide a bridge over a rill that ends in a little stone pond. A contemporary water feature, known as a "falling cloth" in Japan, infuses an Asian accent. Debbie and Steven now have their very own backyard sanctuary where they truly relax and enjoy nature.
The Landscape Smart team incorporates an underwater theme and a kid-friendly design to create a family retreat.
