The new design offers a curvaceous patio, antique materials and reclaimed furniture. It has a nostalgic but contemporary feel. One "room" on the newly-paved patio can be used by the homeowners' teenage children for hanging out with friends. The other room has a nice picnic area where the family can enjoy a backyard barbecue. Most importantly, the overgrown backyard has been replaced with colorful plantings and comfortable furniture.
