She would like to reconfigure and widen the first set of stairs into the yard as well as create a comfortable and safe seating area for her and her dog, Nico. A dilapidated retaining wall is in need of major reconstruction, while a long, bright green staircase that leads up to the house is in need of a color makeover. The three designers ready to tackle this challenge are PJ Corona, Donna Stia and Hadyn Lazarow.

Corona suggests natural flagstone, which will start with the stairs and repeat into the main relaxation area. He also plans to add tall pilasters by the front entryway.
