Scott and Kelly live just minutes from downtown Denver in a cozy, 1940s brick home. They love being able to enjoy all the city attractions down the street and soak up the spectacular scenery of the Rocky Mountains; however, the couple longs for a front yard that captures the beauty and excitement that surrounds them.

This Denver couple's love of the outdoors is one reason they bought their house with its expansive outdoor space, especially out front. Unfortunately, it hasn't changed much since the house was built, so it's time to level out the wide expanse of grass that slopes down to the street. In addition, they need an updated retaining wall and entrance to their yard. Large overgrown bushes choke the top of the stairs leading up from the sidewalk.
